Pack is in good working order, both heads work, there is a makeshift fray patch at the plug end of both heads, fairly common, does not affect functionality.

Plugs fit into pack with no issue. Batteries are dead, not swollen, or damaged, they fit in the pack and lock in smoothly, the battery housings are in perfect shape.
