In Excellent used condition, shutter count 7537. Boxed with Genuine Nikon charger and battery, D2x strap and instruction book. The camera shows minimal signs of use, and functions correctly in every way taking sharp, correctly exposed images. All buttons and dials function positively, with the only minor issue being that the front command dial just infront of the shutter release feels a little stiff (it feels like it is dragging on the edge of the rubber grip). The battery is the original Nikon one, currency showing level 4 on the battery life indicator in need of replacement, however it does still hold charge well and has some life left in it (last charged about 4 months ago and still holding 79%).
