This camcorder is in excellent condition, showing minor signs of wear to the casing. The rubberised surfaces are a little tacky commensurate with an aging device. It powers on and the display shows the function changes when the function dial is changed.

Secondly : There are a couple of red symbols on the display (pictured). One of which is the tape symbol. For the life of me I can't get a tape to play or record. I may be doing it wrong, but I can't say this isn't a fatal issue with all confidence.
