JVC GY-HD101 Professional HD HDV Mini DV Camera + 2x Swit Pro Batteries & Dual Charger. + Petrol Bag + 4 x Pro Sony PDVM-40 Tapes with Hard Cases. Perfect for Schools/Colledges or the serious amateur a very tough rugged camera. This was my go to camera for my previous wedding business.
Its a "proper" professional shoulder or tripod mounted camera that gives excellent results. It uses a 16x Fujinon TV zoom lens with proper infinity to macro focus ring that doesnt just keep going round forever unlike most cameras. Rings for manual zoom & also manual exposure if the need arises to use manual control. There is no auto focus on these cameras as pro users dont tend to use auto mode, this is made easier with the use of switchable b&w peaking in one of 3 colours that light up when the item being aimed at is in sharp focus. The zoom is either done by a standard variable zoom rocker or the easy to find zoom ring on the lens body.
It records in various formats including ProHDV & DV in a choice of frame rates to suit your requirements. A 16mb SD card is there for storing & recalling your own stored user settings. The body is solid & feels almost indestructable being mainly alloy. It as 2 XLR microphone inputs & is supplied with athe original JVC microphone with foam & deadcat windshield muff.
Adjustable shoulder pad & eye level viewfinder to fit to your body & build with the earpiece cusioned to your ear. Please check out the reviews on google especially the DVUser review.It all works as it should including the firewire port for pc or editor connection. The tape deck is in great condition having only had 266 drum hours. Pretty much unmarked in all areas.
The V lock battery system is supplied with 2 heavy duty long runtime batteries that last a good few hours & hold a full charge. A heavy duty Petrol brand bag is also supplied to carry the camera without damage.The tripod in the pictures is not included in this sale! The items in the sale are as follows.
